Claritude Software? Releases SpeedFiler? 2.0, Featuring Innovative One-Click Email Filing

Tel-Aviv, Israel (PRWEB) August 8, 2007 -- Claritude Software? has released SpeedFiler? 2.0, a major update to its SpeedFiler for Outlook product. SpeedFiler 2.0 introduces "one-click filing" for email messages, making it even easier to keep email organized and thus provides a significant productivity boost for its users.

SpeedFiler analyzes incoming and outgoing messages and considers the user's past behavior regarding similar or related messages. SpeedFiler then updates its toolbar, displayed in Microsoft Outlook's main window, with a list of the most suitable folders for the current message. This allows most messages to be filed with a single mouse-click.
