The SP-1 features a smaller body made of a glass fiber reinforced nylon, which sounds like it might be delicate, but isn't. Impact resistant, durable and strong, this polymer is stronger than simple plastic or metal alone. This impregnated polymer system is used in Glock handguns and the military's AR-15 rifle, which means they are more than strong enough for a weekend of paintball.

The two parts that Jon noticed were lacking were the battery and stock barrel.

The industrial battery that came with the paintball gun became a little unreliable towards the end of the day and switching it with a new 9v solved the problem allowing for smooth firing.
